The sooner the better. If you know the event details get in touch! We will do our best to accomodate your needs. Where possible, please get in touch no less than 7 days prior to your event.
Delivery and set up are included in the hire pricing unless otherwise stated or a DIY hire. We are based in the Gladstone region and our packages include travel for up to 15mins. Outside of 15mins from Gladstone/Boyne Island/Tannum Sands = charges apply.
We started Hazel Lane Events with a simple goal in mind: to make organising and planning special events easy.
Our journey began in Victoria with picnics. We made the decision in 2022 to move to the Gladstone Region and noticed a gap in the market for venues..
