Picnic setups include tables, cushions, rugs, glassware/plates/cutlery, napkins, table décor/candles etc.

Setup and packed away with a hire period of 3-4hrs (additional hours/time available on request)

All picnics will incur a minimum hire bond of $100.00 (fully refundable providing all items are returned in the same condition)

Themes to be discussed.

Picnic delivery and setup within 15mins of Gladstone/Boyne Island/Tannum Sands/Calliope (outside this area will incur additional travel charges)

Grazing plates, balloons and fresh florals can be arranged (costs apply depending on picnic package)

DIY packages also available.

Please note - Your date/booking is not secured until 50% deposit is paid. Full payment is required no later than 7 days prior to your event

DIY Picnic Packages

Items are picked up and set up by person responsible for hire. Everything then needs to be packed up and returned by person responsible for hire within an allocated time limit.

Picnic - 2 people: $180

Picnic - 3-6 people: $200

Picnic - 7-11 people: $250

Picnic for 12+ people: on application

12+ people – pricing to be discussed 

Everything is delivered and set up for your event ready to go. We then return to pack up and remove everything. The person hiring does not need to lift a finger!

Please note: The deluxe package does not include any food, florals or balloons. The above-mentioned prices do not take into consideration council permits that may apply depending on locations.

Everything is delivered and set up for your event ready to go. We then return to pack up and remove everything. The person hiring does not need to lift a finger! The Diamond package also includes florals, sparkling water and a grazing plate (savoury, sweet or mixed) enough for all guests.
